I was asked to speak at the University of Redlands and it was an incredible experience!!

It was very important for me to share my message with the college students that it’s OK to “be who we are” no matter what anyone else says.

I will remember this special night forever….

My $9,500,000 China Cove (Corona Del Mar) listing was featured in Premiere Homes and Lifestyles.

I was asked questions about what Buyers and Sellers should know when purchasing or selling waterfront homes.

I held a brokers open at my Corona Del Mar listing and served the most incredible red velvet cake from Susie Cakes LA. I even wore the same outfit as “Cake Chad.”

I hired a staff of people to help me with serving the cake, champagne, and healthy chocolates!

The day was a total success with 150 agents stopping by, and I owe it all to “Cake Chad!”
