I love getting all of the juice from perezhilton.com. I was amazed to read on the “Queen of all Media’s” blog site that Candy Spelling just purchased a $47,000,000 condo in Century City. The deluxe “apartment in the sky” is still under construction and will not be ready for a year. This makes it a record price for the LA Condo market. Could the building be “The Century?”

Does this also mean that the 123-room Spelling mansion which has been referred to as ”The Manor” will be hitting the Los Angeles real estate market?
