I represented Paris Hilton on a Malibu Colony beach rental. I was walking away from the house with her and a photag jumped out of his car and started snapping pics of Paris. The pic ended up in People Magazine.

I sold this property the first day it came on the market. The property sold for $6,695,000 and included all of the furniture. Even though the property is on the landside of the Colony, it has breathtaking whitewater and ocean views from all of the upstairs bedrooms especially the master suite. My client absolutely loves the property and I am soooo happy that I was able to assist in the purchase of this Malibu Colony DREAM home.
