Wow…this is getting interesting… I also like that part when Chad was in Vegas and Cuttion’s agent showed up instead himself. She was really hard to deal with and Chad handle it very well!

although as to clients, I think you assume they really know the business of selling and/or buying real property…but aside from getting them to List with you, how much time do you spend counseling them on the do’s and don’t’s…i.e. Cuttino
