Chad’s Malibu BBQ….
I had a BBQ at the Malibu house. My clients and friends showed up. I even hired Chef Robert the BEST chef in LA to cook for us plus he makes the most exotic coconut mojitos AKA “The Cohito”.

Chad, You are so amazing. You know exactly what to say at the right moment. I am thrilled to be watching your secrets for success.
But, ultimately you are successful because of you. Your clam demeanor puts everyone you come in contact with, at ease.
People seem drawn to you because of your honesty, and you make everyone seem important as you turn to them and greet them. I hope your show continues, it is wonderful to watch.
