I just listed a $5,000,000 penthouse at the brand new Eco-Friendly W Hollywood Residences.
It has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The development is on the iconic corner of Hollywood and Vine. The balcony faces the famous Hollywood sign, the Pantages Theatre, and the Capital Records Building.
My favorite thing about the W Hollywood Residences is that you have preferred access to W’s “Whatever Whenever” service which I now offer to my clients!!
And I have to add that it’s right across the street from my favorite sushi restaurant Katsuya!!
Completion is scheduled for the fall of 2009.
Victoria and I attended the 2009 International Green Shield rooftop cocktail benefit at Cosmo Lofts on January 29, 2009 in Los Angeles, California. It’s important for me to be active with organizations that give back to the community.
I also did a little networking for my new $5,000,000 penthouse listing at the “green” and “sustainable” W Hollywood Residences
I have to add that my hair is now green since I started using my new Eco-Friendly Hairspray!!
