It has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The development is on the iconic corner of Hollywood and Vine. The balcony faces the famous Hollywood sign, the Pantages Theatre, and the Capital Records Building.

My favorite thing about the W Hollywood Residences is that you have preferred access to W’s “Whatever Whenever” service which I now offer to my clients!! :)

And I have to add that it’s right across the street from my favorite sushi restaurant Katsuya!!

Completion is scheduled for the fall of 2009.
