This billboard is next to the Beverly Center. I was shocked when I saw that a realtor would do this so I wrote down his web address.
I later found out that it was a spoof for a movie coming out where Paul Rudd plays a realtor called “I Love You, MAN”
I’m just glad that Peter isn’t a REAL realtor and I can’t wait to see the movie!

That is a spoof of you guys man. Dude is trying to be like Madison, except Madison would never rock the man panties… and for sure not on a billboard. He’d just strip it off and do it in playgirl and stuff. No, it is awesome. Kept looking for million dollar listing on google, but it’s hard to find because all you get for results is: Million Dollar Listing Star, Josh Flagg, arrested for art theft. I was thinking, yeah, but where is the bravo website at?
Anyway, no, that man panties guy might have a good movie, but Million Dollar Listing is still the most extreme. Mostly because Madison whipped it out in playgirl bro! Incidentally, I haven’t seen the photo, but am tempted to do a write up for the Moscow Times about Madison’s junk. Just Kidding.
